We are so excited that our Disneyland trip is Finally here! We have waited months and needed this trip so bad. First stop Las Vegas....next stop Disneyland.....Be back soon!

Sewing Again....

I have been wanting to make Hailey a skirt for a while so today I took the plunge! Not only did I make her a skirt but I also made one for Geerta as well as Matching Headbands. Hailey was super excited at how well they turned out...and for me. I am just glad they look like a skirt since I am teaching myself how to do all this. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

2011 JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes

This was the second year we walked to support my niece who has diabetes. I sure hope that someday soon they will find a cure for diabetes so my niece and everyone else who deals with it on a non stop basis can have some relief. The walk is always so much fun and I'm glad we were able to attend.

White Trash Racing' ..... aka.......

Demolition Derby! This past weekend we were able to go to the Demolition Derby. They are so fun to watch and cheer cars on as they bump into each other. Its always a good night of entertainment! We were lucky enough to have my sister's family come as well as Grandpa Awsumb and Great Grandpa Ross. It was a fun night and I'm glad we got to go!

Of course we couldnt' leave Geerta home!

A few days ago I decided to snap a few pictures of Hailey. I can't believe how big and grown up she is getting. Its hard to believe she now is in 1st grade and goes to school all day. She is getting so independent nad likes that she is growing up and able to experience new and exciting things...me on the other hand is having issues with out Hailey home. Its hard for me to see her grow up! Kids always grow fast then we'd like. Anyways enjoy these cute new pictures. I Love this girl to DEATH!!!!

Cousins!!!

Hailey sure is lucky to have so many cousins so close to her age live near us. She loves spending time with all her cousins. Last week was Amelia's birthday party and Hailey was so excited to go! These two crack me up and its hard to believe they are now both six. I hate that they are growing up so fast. They are great friends and I hope that they will always stay that way. Happy Birthday Amelia!
