Preschool pays off...

The other day I heard Hailey singing something in her room I hadn't heard before. I walked to the door to hear what it was and to my surprise she was singing the months of the year. I was shocked she knew them. It was so cute and I wnated to get it on video but she has been a stinker. I tried yet again today but its not the best video. I love that she learns fun new things at preschool and suprises me with them everday. Ms. Rebecca is the best!!!

DISCLAIMER,...Hailey had pig tails intoday adn one of them fell out. SHe has been playing hard all day and wouldn't cooperate with the lighting so you will have to just enjoy the voice and pretend you don't see her! EnJOY!

Ta Dah...

I finally finished the crafts I had sitting around. However I have a whole other stack in my garage. I was pleased with how these turned out so I had to share!

Love this magnet board. It says, "Delight in the simple things" Its hanging in my cute craft room! I did this one for Hailey's room. THe color isn't the way I wanted it but i gave up. It says, "A dream is a wish your heart makes!" Hailey loves it especially the princess saying...
Just a fun board to put a picture on. It says, "I'm trying to be like Jesus" Doesn't match my house anyone want it?
This one is also for my scrapbook room. It says, "enjoy the little things." I am excited to add it to my craft table!



And last but not least I had to make yet another bow holder. That makes three bow holders now. I made it huge so hopefully we will be set now. The color is okay on this but I'm not totally in love .... but it works. I love the saying on the bottom it says, "Little girls are heavens flowers" I have tons and tons of flower bows that will be put on this. I intended to do that but my sweet hubby put some up for me to take pictures and didn't get the just of the quote. But i love him for helping me out and soon it will be fixed with all flowers!

Why we love Grandma Lems...

Tonight I found out why the kids love Grandma Lems. She lets them pretend they are kitty cats and drink milk from bowls. I was laughing so hard and so glad I had a camera in my purse. Don't mind the red eye I was too lazy to edit right now but I had to post because I can't stop laughing at what riot this was to see!

Tulip Festival Take Two

On friday we got to go to the Tulip Festival again with my friend Kate and her darling boys. I couldn't believe how different the tulips looked in only two days. IT is so pretty. We had fun walking around and Hailey loved being with her friends running wild! I tried to snap a few more pictures but of course she never enjoys it too much!

Cousin C Plays ball

Cousin C is playing baseball this year and we finally go to go to a game on Thursday night. He got his first hit of the season so it was fun to be there and see him get to run the bases! Also Haliey had a ball playing and after it was over was sad she missed the whole game. She is such a nut!

Tulip Festival 2009

I got a chance to take Hailey to our first of several trips to the tulip festival. I think this year she was the most excited to go. She has talked about it all night and we can't wait to go back. She was a little bit of a pain so I couldn't get the best pictures but I still had to try getting picture overload. Its a tradition for crying out loud. Maybe next year she will learn to cooperate again. Enjoy the pics and if you get a chance head on down to the Tulip Festival well worth it!

Some randomness...

So today i was getting a little crafty doing all kinds of stuff. I was working on some magnet boards and magnets. I need to add vinyl to my stuff still so you just get a picture of the works in progress. I have a few others and I am working on yet another bow holder for Hailey. You know I just can't stop making them now! Anyways heres a sneak peak and some random pictures from today. This is for my scrapbook room with the other coordinating magnet board. I can't wait to get the vinyl for these!

Yeah the weather was finally nice enough that Hailey go to play on the toys after dinner. She was so excited!

Today I met a friend at Artic Circle for courtesy cones and to let the kids play. Hailey was a goof and was sitting on the slide like this. What a nut!

Best Friends Forever

Whenever Hailey and her cousin get together you can usually hear them chanting this at some point, "Best friends forever!" They crack me up. Hailey was super cute in her new Gymboree outfit and matching bows too so I had to snap some pictures.

Neighborhood Watch

To all my neighbors who live in the town homes I hope you will come support me next TUESDAY NIGHT APRIL 21st at 7pm at the CLUBHOUSE for our KICK OFF MEETING! I have been working hard to get this up and going and I hope we can get suppport from lots of residents. We really want to make this a success and help to keep our eyes open to help protect each and every one of us. If you have any questions about it please let me know. If not I hope to see you there and don't forget to let your neighbors know too!

I was waiting in the car for my sister the other day and the girls were going nuts dancing so I tried to take some pictures. Hailey was "modeling" and posing. I had fun just snapping pics and I don't do that enough of just random faces of Hailey. Enjoy

Crafts

I have been working on a few random projects. I am so excited about this first one. Its not finished yet but will have vinyl on the bottom that says Welcome Spring...It will be across the bottom. I will add pictures again when it is finished. I was just too excited to wait!

I was bored the other day so I decided to make a cute clipboard. It was so fun I want to make more Soon!

And I have been meaning to do this for almost a year now but I save all my scrapbook magazines and mark pages of stuff I liked. Then I put them in a drawer and never look at them again. well I decided to cover this binder and put the pages in sheet protectors so it will be easier to look at. I plan on putting ribbon on this but you get what its like for now.

I love projects. I hope to be able to do more. It seems like I dont' have as much time lately!

So Smart

The other night Hailey was taking a bath and I walked in to find the letters all sorted by color. She is always up to something funny that shocks me. I love it!

Don't you love the baby doll she has in the tub. She pretends she is the teacher and the baby is at swim lessons. I have to admit its pretty cute!
