Happy Anniversary!

Today we will celebrate 6 years of marriage. I can't believe how fast time has flown by. In the past six years we have changed so much. We have put on weight, endured many trials, accomplishment milestones, enjoyed being together, bought a home, had a child...the list goes on and on. These past years have had their ups and downs but have made us grown even closer as a couple through everything we have experienced. I love Jared to pieces even though I don't tell him or show him enough. He really does mean the world to me and he does so much for me. I couldn't ask for anything more....besides more shopping money...just kidding I love teasing Mr. Accountant about shopping money! I am so glad I took the time to hang out at LDS Business College and for the opportunity that I had to meet Jared on that particular day. Jared is a great guy and I love how well he treats me and how he encourages me to be a better person. Thanks for the best six years ever and heres to many more. I Love you Jared. Happy Anniversary!

A backyard....

We are still in the process of moving but I had to hop on quickly since we are without internet to share a picture of Hailey. She can't get enough of being able to play outside. She is in heaven. We are did the final move tonight and will be back around again soon. YEAH!

Cute Sayings....

So today we have been over at our new place cleaning and such. Hailey has been a real trooper thanks to our portable dvd player. After I was about done being at the new place for tonight I asked Hailey to take a gymboree bag I had up to her room. SHe took it right up to her room. It was so cute. I can tell she loves the new house. After that we left and got in the car. Hailey asked, "When are we going to be here?" I told her that we will be moving in on wed. She said, "good then we can live happily ever after!"

I thought that was so sweet.


We are super crazy with moving and will be without phone and internet Monday morning so this really is my last little story before the big move! have a good weekend!

One week to go...

One week till moving day. Our house is a mess and there are boxes everywhere. I hate the mess but am looking forward to being done with the move. This week has been stressful trying to get everything ready for the big day. I assume the rest of the next week will be just as crazy if not more. Needless to say I am going to not be around as much. I will look forward to catching up with everyones blogs shortly after the move. So here I am signing off for a few days...well see how long that lasts right! HA HA

Hope...

The past year we have had lots of ups and downs with our road of infertility issues. We have wanted another baby for a long time and our hearts just ache to be able to raise another one of Heavenly Father's special spirits. The past year has been a run around with us thinking all hope was lost. We were told our chances were pretty slim to none. As you can imagine we have been devestasted and just void of all emotions from it all.

Well thanks to a good friend and a awesome referral we were given some hope yesterday. Thanks to This we have been given more hope that we may be able to concieve another child. There are several options and plans we can try. And a lot better chance then we were told previously. I am so grateful to a good friend for sharing this information with me and encouraging me to pay them a visit. Now I just hope that we really will get lucky and have another miracle baby.

Family Home Evening....

Tonight for Family Home Evening we had a bucket full of fun!!!! Since we had to be up early to go the closing I didn't get a chance to take my walk. I decided that we'd head out as a family for a walk. We decided to go to the Jordan River Parkway. It was fun to go walking in a different place. We were so hot and tired after so we came home and had a sponge ball water fight. It was lots of fun. Sorry I stopped taking pictures becuase I got soaked and then the game was on. After that we all came upstairs to get warm and have a treat. It was fun just being silly with our family> It has been so stressful lately and we needed this fun night! I love my family!

It's ours....

We closed on our cute house today. It is so crazy to think it seriously is ours now. We get the Keys on Saturday and can not wait. I am so excited. On the way to the closing this morning Hailey started crying. I asked her what was wrong and she said, "We forgot to bring all our stuff." I think she was worried we were moving and done. I had to chuckle and then I kindly reminded her of the books we've been reading to her about moving and How a big truck will come and help us move. Last night I was packing some boxes and she was my helper. I think that might be part of why she was so worried. Yeah for us we are homeowners!

Home Improvement STore....

Today marks a land mark for our family> We made our first visit to a home improvement store as almost homeowners. I am sure we will find ourselves at these stores at lot more now that we will be fixing up our own place. Today we bought a hose and a new lock for our door. A cheaper trip I am sure. Just had to post that we are starting to feel like real people now that we have a reason to shop at LOWES!!!

Two weeks left....

Two weeks and counting till moving day! I am super stressed and do not feel ready at all. We walk through our house on Friday and then we will be signing our debt away on Monday. Then we move a week from wed. I am so excited, overwhelemed, scared, nervous...you name it I feel it. We can not wait. So if I am mia for the next little while just thinking of my moving mess!

Happy Birthday Katie!!

Today for my birthday we had a dinner at my moms. Hailey picked out a special cake for me and even brought party hats, bubbles and a tiara for mommy. She was so excited to be having a party for me. I had a great day. Thanks everyone for all the fun!

Little reader...

Today after church I heard Hailey singing I am a Child of God in teh other room. I walked out and this is how I found her. She'd pulled her stool up to teh bookshelf and was singing as she read books. Hailey is so much fun!

BBQ and visit from FAMILY

Today we got to head up to Grandma and Grandpa Awsumbs for a super fun barbeque. Uncle Brian is back from the Peace Corps and Aunt Laurel and Uncle CK were int own visiting. It was great to get together and see everyone. We had lots of fun visiting all night long. Thanks so much for inviting us over. Also Thanks to Maddie. Hailey has a new favorite friend and she was such a great helper! Thanks to everyone for the enjoyable evening. Enjoy the pics!

When I was born my Dad was given this hat. Every year on my birthday he makes sure to wear it. Since he won't see me on my birthday this year he wore it tonight to celebrate with me. it is getting pretty gross but I think its sweet he always wears it for me!
