A Special Saturday

On Saturday we had the wonderful opportunity to see our friends Shiloh and Jesse go through the temple for the first time and then be sealed to each other and their darling kids. It was such a spiritual experience to take part in and I am so glad I was able to be a part of their special day. I can't even describe in words the feelings I felt through out the time in the temple yesterday. I will always remember the children coming into the sealing room and how strong that spirit was. I was so overwhelmed by the spirit and will hold that dear in my heart. I didn't want to elave teh temple and the spiritual feeling I felt yesterday. It really manifested to me the importance of following the gospel and doing what we should to be able to return to our Father in Heaven. Yesterday also strengthened my testimony on the importance of eternal families and the blessings we recieve at the Temple. I am so grateful we have temples so close to us and that we can learn more about the blessings and plan that Heavenly Father has for us. I am grateful to be blessed with a darling little family of my own and I can't wait to share eternal life with them.

What a sweet sweet special day for Shiloh and Jesse and their darling kids. Shiloh and Jesse I am so proud of you for making the decision to go to the temple. Also thank you so much for letting us share in your special day. IT is an experience I know I will never forget! Jared took these pictures on our camera and the battery was dying so sorry they aren't the best but Shiloh got some cute ones on her camera so hopefully she won't hate me for posting these since I don't have the ones I took on her camera. Junior It was so sweet as he walked into that sealing room and saw me and said "Thats Hailey's mom ...then he pointed to Jared and said Thats Haileys dad. SO fun to be known as Haliey's parents!

Holly SHe is such a cute sweet girl and I am grateful for the big big hug she shared with me in the temple.

The kids were in no mood to cooperate for pictures! They are busy bodies and like to be on the go. I love how Holly is trying to escape so her personality!

Also I ended up pulling all the tendons in my hand and its my right hand which makes it hard to type and such. Hopefully I will be feeling better soon and can update. Now that our pool is open we are spending most of our time there. POst more soon I promise!

Hooray!

Our pool is now open! WE spent most the day their yesterday.

I now have a new favorite Hailey saying, "Mom you don't look very happy outside the pool." I guess it's better if I am in with her!!!

PS I sprained my right hand and can't funtion. I will write More later when I can type better.

My very own Book of Mormon

Last Sunday night while on our weekly ride we drove by the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple. Hailey was fascinated with the Gold statue she saw on top of Angel Moroni...Or morona as she says. Needless to say she started asking us lots of questions and we got on the topic that you can learn about him in the Book of Mormon. She was sad that she didn't have one. Flash forward to Monday nights Family Home Evening. Jared did a short lesson on Angel Moroni and the Book of Mormon. During the lesson he presented Hailey with her very own Book of Mormon. She got big big eyes and was so excited. She has not let go of it since and loves it. There are a few pictures at the front and occasionally I find her stuffed animals lined up and she is telling them stories about the pictures. She has been so cute carrying this around. I am glad she is showing interest in learning gospel principles. Also today we went to pick Jared up from work and she went nuts when she saw the Salt Lake Temple and Angel Moroni. She started telling me all about how he was a Prophet. I love that little girl!

Preschool Graduation Program

These pictures are all backwards in order and I have had a migrane for days so sorry you get to look at them the wrong way. Hailey had her preschool graduation program tonight. She did so good singing all the songs and was super cute. After the program they got to have cookies, cotton candy, and popcorn. The kids enjoyed hanging out with their friends one last time...hopefully we can play with some of them during the summer. I am sad that the preschool year is already over. I will tryto post some video of the songs later this week. My baby is growing up too fast! Thanks Ms. Rebecca for making this school year a wonderful year! Preschool Water Party

Today Hailey had her preschool water party. The kids has so much fun. They got to play in water, Eat pizza, Cotton candy and popcorn. What could be better! Thanks Ms. Rebecca for the super fun partY!

A date with Daddy

A few years back Hailey had one of these golf sets and enjoyed it till it ended up breaking and we threw it in the garbage. While tonight we made quick trip to Walmart and of course this golf set caught Hailey's eye. She batted her eyes, smiled and showed Daddy that adorable poutty face and ending up bringing it home. They were super cute playing it so I had to snap a few pictures. Jared is such a cute Daddy and Hailey sure does know how to get her way with him. I love them!
