The Gardens

Today we decided to go to Thanksgiving Point Gardens. We just went to the kids gardens and it was tons of fun. Hailey loved running around and getting wet in the water. After playing in the water we enjoyed walking around the gardens. It was so much fun that we wanted to share a few pictures. Enjoy!

IKEA

Yeah the first IKEA in Utah opened last week. Jared and I were going to wait a while before we went but we gave in and decided to go on Monday. It was insane how many people were there. I told Jared this is insane....a little bit later all of the sudden Hailey shouted out..."THIS IS INSANE" We had to laugh pretty hard. It was fun to see what the store was all about. I enjoyed looking at all the various things. I also enjoyed spending a few dollars on some fun stuff. It was great to see what all the hype was about. We also got a yummy cinnamon roll and it was so good! YEAH FOR IKEA

Earthquake

WE had some friends over tonight and jsut felt an earthquake. They dont' have details yet but we will update you as we see them on the news tonight.

UPDATE

SO I guess it was a 2.3 earthquake and was orginiated from South Jordan. So right by us. They said it didn't do any damage and that Utah has those size earthquakes almost daily!

Family Get Together FUN!!!!!

It was so fun to get together with my Dad's side of the family today. One of my step-mom son's came down with his family to visit and show off their new baby! It was fun to visit with everyone and let all the cousins play. Hailey thoroughly enjoyed being with all the kids! Here are a few pictures from our fun day!

Why does the Mom have to get sick?

So I have felt horrible for the past few weeks. I kept thinking it was just a cold or allergies however today I gave in and went to the doctor. OF course I have a sinus infection. The doctor gave me three different prescriptions so lets hope they will help beat it. I hate being sick. SO that comes to my question of why do moms have to get sick? It is so had to be a Mom becuase you still need to help and do things. I wish I could just rest!

SO there goes all my exciting plans for the weekend. I think we will scale them back now!

My Poor Baby

So I feel like a horrible Mom. Hailey got her first bruise. It is so sad to look at it and it isn't that big. She was being crazy tonight and was running in the kitchen...needless to say a few minuetes later she fell and bumped her head into the bench of the table. I felt so bad. IF you look above her Right eye you can see the damage. I guess I should just be glad that she hasn't gotten any bruises up until this point. My poor baby!

New to Blogging
