Hard work pays off...

Today was the kick off to our townhome association Community Pride Week. They started today off with a community yard sale. We decided to let Haliey have a popsicle stand and she went nuts. She couldn't wait for today to come and was so excited this morning. She worked hard on her poster and was a great salesman. She would yell at people,"I'm having a popsicle sale." It was so cute to watch her tell them to put their money in the tin and then she would let them pick one. Her hard work paid off and she got $20 so off to Target we went tonight.Here she is all excited and ready to sell some popsicles!Who could resist this cute face?During the yard sale they decided to go mobile with the popsicle sale and sold a few more!

After the sale we went swimming then Hailey got her money all in her purse and was ready to go to the store. (Oh wait she had to have her princess wallet and purse for the trip)And she scores two things. A new Strawberry SHortcake movie and a darling cow little pet shop stuffed animal which she named MOO MOO.

She was so cute and it was so fun to see how proud she was of earning that money. She told the cashier all about it when she handed over her earnings. SHes so cute and makes our life a joy everday!

PS We had a bunch of random junk in our garage we sold and we made some decent money too. I guess next year I will clean out more and be more prepared! Thanks again to those who supported Hailey!

Another lazy pool day...

Oh wait thats where we spend our life all summer. If you ever want to come with us let me know! Hailey will jump in over and over and over again this year. she loves it!

Ice Cold Popsicle SALE

Our townhome association is having their annual community pride week starting this SATURDAY with a community yard sale. HAILEY IS GOING TO BE DOING A POPSICLE SALE. She is so excited and can't stop talking about it. She even had me buy a poster so we can make a sign. SO if you live anywhere near us and are free early Saturday morning you might want to come check out cute little Hailey!

Hailey was so excited the other night when it started raining. She went right to get all her gear on. However for pictures sake she wouldn't use the tulip umbrella to match I was sad. Oh wells she was still so cute!

Trouble

Hailey has always been a pretty good kid and doesn't cause too much trouble other than her drama fits. However today she pushed the limits. Hailey normally likes to be right where I am but today while I was downstairs cooking dinner she stayed upstairs coloring and seemed to be fine. Well after dinner Daddy went up stairs to find crayon all over our carpet. Yes she colored the carpet. We asked her why she colored on the carpet and she said, " I wanted to see what would happen if I colored the carpet!" I was livid as was Jared. Needless to say Daddy made her sit and scrub at it too and took her crayons away for a few days. Hopefully she learned her lesson!

Fun in the Backyard!

A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to volunter at the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple and we were able to swap kids with some friends in our ward. We had the morning shift and they had the afternoon so we told them to send the girls swimming suits. The kids were so excited to play outside with Hailey's new pool, sprinkler and slip n slide. Her are a few pictures! Baby Logan was so tired he slept through all the fun on Hailey's pink blanket!

Baby Cousin

Hailey has sure been enjoying her cousin T lately. A few weeks ago we went to a choir performance for Cousin B and Hailey had Cousin T on her lap. I was laughing so hard. They were super cute. Then a few days ago we were at Aunt Jennie's and I was watching Hailey and baby T play. Hailey was the mom and she was the kid following her around and playing with her. It was too cute. We love baby T!
