Aquarium

Since it is UEA weekend and Hailey has the rest of the week off I decided we needed to do something fun. I feel like we are so busy all the time and don't do as many fun and exciting things as we used to. Thanks to some free passes we were able to go the Aquarium today. Since I knew Grandma & Grandpa Lems had been wanting to go we invited them to join us. It was fun to see the fish and see how excited Hailey got! Its nice they have added on some new exhibits since we used to have a pass. Hailey of course loved the seahorses best. I think thats always been her favorite. I'm glad we were able to spend a fun morning together!

Awsumb's Birthday Party

Last week we go to go to Grandma & Grandpa Awsumbs for Awsumb's Indian Jones Birthday party> We also celeberated Liams upcoming party. After we ended up playing games and Hailey had fun watching movies with her cousins. Enjoy the pictures!

Halloween Sneak Peak

Is this not the cutest Ariel Mermaid Ever??? Imagine her hair spray painted red. If I saw this cute Trick or Treater on my door step... I'd give her CANDY! Hahaha  I hadn't put the shells on yet but showed them in a picture towards the bottom. SO glad I custom ordered this costume. I couldn't have made it that cute!

Gardner Village Witches 2011

This afternoon we decided to go for a ride to see the Witches at Gardner Village. Hailey loves finding the witches every year. After we decided to drive up the canyon to see the changing leaves. Much to our surprise they haven't changed very much yet this year. They were still pretty though...Enjoy our pictures!

1st Grade Field Trip

Last week Hailey's class go to take a trip to Red Butte Garden. She was super excited...however I don't think the kids realized that it was mainly a learning adventure. We did learn and get to see lots of cool things about plants. I was shocked at how much the kids already knew about plants and the different parts. I'm glad I was able to tag along. After the Gardens we went to a park for lunch and to play!

I'm a frame...

A few weeks ago Hailey walked into my room and said, "Look...I'm a frame hanging on the wall!" I couldn't help not laughing so we had to take a picture. Her imagination is so fun!

It's official

I am so excited to finally be an official volunteer with the West Jordan Police Department. I have been trying to get on for a long time so I'm happy its finally happened. I'm going to be working in the VIPS Patrol Area. If you google that you can find out more information about exactly what I will be doing. I"m excited to start my training and help make a diffrence!

PS You'd be shocked at how much interviewing and background checks and stuff I've had to do. My favorite was taking a lie detector test. It was cool to see how those are done. I do have to admit it was a little scary but glad its over!

Hailey's 1st Grade School Pictures....

I am always a bit nervous writing a check to pay for school pictures when I have no idea what they will turn out like. I wasn't a fan last year but I thought that this one was pretty cute and looks just like my favorite first grader. Enjoy!
