Family Vacation Day 1

Last week our family set off on an amazing vacation to DISNEYLAND! Hailey has been so excited and this trip couldn't come fast enough. It was so nice to spend time with just our family and enjoy life without the worries of home.

Here are some pictures and what we did.

Day 1   We drove to Las Vegas where we planned to stay the night.

We were excited to find out that Vegas had one of our favorite Yogart Places so of course we had to stop! Hailey was in heaven!

 After that we visited a trashy Las Vegas Souvenir shop....Hailey was cracking us up finding random things!

 Then we went to the Belllagio to show Hailey the water show...She was in love and danced along.

 After eating at a buffet....we were in Vegas...we went to visit Coke work and M&M World. Miss Hailey is quite the shopper and it was hilarious watching her in the M&M Store.

Let the fun times begin....

We are so excited that our Disneyland trip is Finally here! We have waited months and needed this trip so bad. First stop Las Vegas....next stop Disneyland.....Be back soon!

Just wanted to share a few sneak peeks!

Sewing Again....

I have been wanting to make Hailey a skirt for a while so today I took the plunge! Not only did I make her a skirt but I also made one for Geerta as well as Matching Headbands. Hailey was super excited at how well they turned out...and for me. I am just glad they look like a skirt since I am teaching myself how to do all this. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

2011 JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes

This was the second year we walked to support my niece who has diabetes. I sure hope that someday soon they will find a cure for diabetes so my niece and everyone else who deals with it on a non stop basis can have some relief. The walk is always so much fun and I'm glad we were able to attend.

White Trash Racing' ..... aka.......

Demolition Derby! This past weekend we were able to go to the Demolition Derby. They are so fun to watch and cheer cars on as they bump into each other. Its always a good night of entertainment! We were lucky enough to have my sister's family come as well as Grandpa Awsumb and Great Grandpa Ross. It was a fun night and I'm glad we got to go!

Of course we couldnt' leave Geerta home!
