4th of July

Its crazy to think the 4th of July has already come and gone! We had a great time as usual. Despite the order of my pictures our morning started out early and our night ended late! We started the morning with our traditional Police breakfast! One of the families host a breakfast for everyone and their families and we have enjoyed getting to attend the past few years. After that I had to head to help with the parade crowd control and street blocking while Jared and Hailey were able to enjoy the parade from chairs! Despite the heat it ended up being fun. After the parade with came home and jumped in the pool to cool off! 

Later that evening we went to Grandma & Grandpa Lems for dinner and fireworks. We also brought Toby along and since he has to be on a leash at our house we let him off the leash in their backyard. He was in heaven and soooo cute!  It was a great day and we ended it by the fire roasting marshmellows with our friends. We enjoyed the holiday and hope you did to!
