Rocky Mountain Classic Dance Competition!

 Today we had yet another dance competition and Hailey did awesome! Her team took FIRST PLACE!!! Go Team Platinum. They are doing awesome and I have a super cute video of their dance. If you want to see it le tme know and I can email you the link. I have to wait till after competition season to post it on here. Needless to say once again Synergy did a killer job. 18 dances took FIRST Place and the other 4 took Second. Way to go Synergy girls and thanks to the awesome teachers. You are amazing. More bling for Hailey and I....

I decided to make a few more items for Hailey and I:

She is in heaven!

Toothless

 See that wierd middle tooth on the top right. Well today it went bye bye. Last Summer Hailey lost a tooth and thats what grew in. While at the dentist xrays showed us that she had another permanent tooth up above. So for some reason she either had an extra baby tooth that never came in or a mysterious tooth. Needless to say it had a large root and was pushing on the permant tooth so it needed to get pulled. I figured it'd be no big deal. I thought we'd go to the dentist and then run errands. Oh boy! Did I have a rude awaking. She has been one drama filled little girl today. I am hoping she wakes up feeling better tommorow. The tooth is huge. I couldn't believe it when I first saw it. As he was pulling it out it popped out and flew at my foot. At least Hailey laughed about that one! Needless to say her tooth is out and hopefully the permanent one can now make its way down. However he did say it may take a year to come down. I am anxious to see what her new smile looks like. Hope you feel better soon Hailey!

PS Needless to say thanks to her drama and not being willing to use her mouth we bribed her with an early Easter gift....TANGLED. I think that was the happiest part of her day to get the movie she has been dying for. We keep telling her we can't afford it now and were saving it for Easter but if you are in that much pain Its worth getting a special treat right?

Crafts......

Hailey has recently gotten really into jewelry and wants to get some. Needless to say I figured I might as well make her some for her Easter Basket. So keep it quite but these treasures are goign to be hidden in Easter Eggs at my house! Oh I also made me some earings and cluster charms but I didn't take a picture of them. Iplan to make more so I will post them soon.

 I decided to make one more bunny. I loved how it turned out and Hailey named is "Chocolates" She is quite obsessed with "taking care of it!"

Legos

Hailey has a current obsession...well she always has loved....LEGOS! I love watching her thing about what to build and seeing her excitment at her end result. Its crazy to me the things she can build. She has a great imagination and is super smart!

Dance Spectacular 2011

Go Team Platinum! We had another Dance Competition today and Hailey's team won FIRST PLACE! They did such a great job. It was fun seeing them perform. They are getting better and better each time and you can tell more confident to be out performing! I love it. Hailey does she a great job smiling big and doing her dance! Congrats on a great Competition. By the way her Studio did great! Synergy took first in 18 dances and 2nd in 3 dances and won Top Studio over all. Great Job Synergy Girls, the Amazing Instructors and Hailey!

 Hailey with her first place trophy. The studio lets the girls take the Studio trophies home and bring them back to class next week. Hailey was sooooo excited to get her hands on one!

The Zoo

Since Friday was supposed to be a nice warm day we decided to go the the Zoo with my friend Annice and her darling kids. We had so much fun seeing the animals and finally getting to be out in the sunshine. I think this was one of the best zoo trips ever despite the crowds. Hailey was so excited to see the animals and learn about them. Her reactions were priceless and she is learning and knows so much about each animal. My favorite was her reading the map and telling us where to go all day. She loved it! Also we finally got to see the cute baby Elephant. It was so cute. We also got to see it durnign feeding time and they fed it a watermelon. Watching the feeding process and how the baby ate the whole thing was awesome. Great fun at the zoo! Heres some pictures.
