Silly Daddy....

So the other night Hailey was being a pill and wouldn't stop talking and go to sleep. She was on her bed playing with her Magna Doodle. Jared went in to her room and told her it was bed time then we headed to bed. I didn't think much more of it till the next morning when I was in her room I saw this:

I started laughing and Hailey told me, "Daddy wrote Go TO SLEEP!" while she laughed. We love our cute daddy!

The funniest blog ever...

So I am addicted to a great new blog. The blog... It is the funniest thing I have ever read and totally makes fun of me and my blogging but I love it. You gotta go read it and dont' be offended it is all in fun and games and jsut someone enjoying all the funny things we blog about. I am guilty too! Enjoy!

Surprise

After being gone all day I came home to a box on my porch. I was excited to see what was in it. To my surpise my Aunt Laurel and Uncle CK sent me some beautiful flowers with a darling bear, balloon and chocolates. Thanks so much for thinking of me on my birthday weekend. PICTURES COMING SOON.

A day at the park...

Today we decided to head to a fun park with some of our favorite friends. We had so much fun having a a picnic with Kate and her darling boys. The boys enjoyed playing in the river while Hailey enjoyed crying about the cold water. Girls I tell you! The kids liked playing on the toys as well. I tried to take some cute pictures of Hailey but of course she never cooperates. Here is my attempt. After the park we went to go get free slurpees at 711 since it was free slurpee day. Of course they were all out of them at 2 places so Kate and I grabbed some nachos instead. Thanks for the fun day!

STRESSED OUT>>>>>>

Alright it finally hit me tonight. We went for a ride by our new house and I realized it is only 3 weeks till moving day. I can't believe 3 week from today we will be living in our new house. Time to freak out and get stresssed about it. I have been in the denail mood but it slapped me in the face tonight. I am having a minor stress attack! GRRRRRRRRRRRRr gotta love moving!

Boating fun....

Today we went boating with Grandma & Grandpa Lems. Mom even got brave and tried to water ski. Here are some pictures. I am trying to upload the video of me wiping out as well!

This is Katie's first attempt to ever try to water ski. I am a chicken when it comes to any thing on the boat. I totally wiped out but I still had to share that once in my life I really did Try!

A Sunday Drive...

Every Sunday afternoon or evening we have a tradition that we like to go for a car drive. Sometimes it is just a quick drive while other times we go for a longer drive. Today I thought it would be fun to drive up the canyon and go for a walk around Silver Lake. Hailey wasn't too sure about going in the mountains but when we told her we might she animals she got excited. Needless to say we didn't ever see a deer though so she was quite disappointed. We enjoyed spending time together as a family and being out doors. Here are a few pictures! Daddy and Hailey
